When and how do I download my files?
After Etsy processes your payment, you will receive an email with a link to your downloads. You can always access your downloads by visiting your Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews.
Are refunds an option on digital photos?
I don't accept returns or exchanges of digital photos but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
What kind of paper do you use for your prints that ship?
The prints that are shipped to you are on durable archival paper so it will not fade over time.
Do any of your prints come with a frame?
No, because I sell digital downloads and prints with mats that are not framed.
